One hour Session. At Reflexionz Wellbeing we concentrate solely on the feet with its 7000approx. nerve endings. Reflexes are found in the feet which correspond to all parts of the body and by working over on these points with the thumbs and fingers, circulation is improved, and energy can begin to flow again to these problem areas represented in the body
